Through bright illustrations and informative text, children can get an overview of the sun and solar system. There is also a glossary and Did You Know section.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency and the National Service Center for Environmental Publications offers the readings below that also have corresponding activities. Things like matching definitions, crossword puzzles, decoding, word searches and scrambles, games, mazes and coloring pages are provided throughout.

These can be opened as pdfs, TIFFs or you can request copies from the United States Postal Service.
